With a 4 tap teardrop trailer, satellite bar, and TIPS certified bartender, we provide a touch of luxury. Our customizable beverage options cater to your unique preferences, while add-ons like soft drinks, ice, and fun extras like a popcorn machine and photo booth take your event to the next level.

Meet Minnie!
Minnie is a state of the art teardrop trailer equipped with a Cold Break Brew System. That means that our system runs entirely on ice and co2 so power is not necessary. We can run completely off grid!
Sippin' Southern is a TIPs certified, fully insured, mobile taps bar that serves the low country and throughout South Carolina. We believe in creating the perfect experience for our customers, which includes bringing the bar to you! Our mobile bar can be used for beer, seltzer, cider, cold brew coffee, specialty iced teas, flavored lemonades, and more! We specialize in weddings, company events, private parties, charity functions, holiday parties and anything else our clients can dream up!
South Carolina state laws prohibit any alcohol sales by a non liquor licensed establishment. But not to worry! You just pay for the alcohol direct to the liquor store. They will charge you directly and we will handle the rest. We offer pickup services if our clients are not local to their preferred retail store. You provide the alcohol and we handle the rest!

Sippin' Southern is a "dry hire" mobile taps bar.
Dry Hire Bartending means you are hiring a bartender who brings their skills and tools in the serving industry to your own personal event. It elevates your party, gathering, meeting, or get together with a luxury industry experience. You supply the alcohol and we take care of the rest! Dry hire is cost effective because the alcohol is purchased by you, so it's yours to keep at the end of your event! We can also get your preferred alcohol at a much lower cost than venues by going directly to the distributor!
Deposits
A 50% deposit confirms your date for your event. Final payment is due 10 days prior to your event. 40% of the deposit is refundable if canceled more than 30 days before your scheduled event. Cancellations after the 30 day mark will not receive a refund.
What does the trailer need to operate?
Our mobile taps trailer operates on the Cold Break Jumper Box system, meaning no power, electric, or loud generators needed! We will need approximately a 12x12 space but the more space the better!
What do you serve?
Our taps trailer can push through beer, seltzer, and cider along with flavored lemonades, specialty teas, and cold brew coffee. Wine is suggested to purchase by the bottle to keep it as fresh as possible. We do not provide shots. A shot dispenser can be added on for mixed drinks such as Jack & Cokes, Gin & Tonics, etc. We do not hand mix cocktails.
Travel Fees
Mileage and gas is included up to 30 miles of travel. After 30 miles a $1 fee per each subsequent mile will be added.
Tips and Gratuity
A tip jar will be placed out on our bar. If the tip jar does not reach $250 then the client is responsible for making up the difference. As the client you can also "buy out" the tip jar which means paying the gratuity up front as part of your final package.
Insurance
General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance is included in your base package cost.
